Impact of situational factors on purchase behaviour: Indian context

Abstract
Purchase is important to the marketer for his success, for achieving his
objectives, and for formulating competitive strategies against the competitors.
For purchasing, the customer has to consider the selection of outlets as well
as how should he make the payment. In the purchase process, non-store buying
also plays an important part. The present paper tries to have a look on the
situational factors having impact on purchase behaviour especially in Indian
context.
