Protecting the rights of pregnant female employees according to Vietnamese labor law

Abstract
The paper analyzes the
rights of pregnant female employees according to the provisions of Vietnamese
labor law. By assessing the achievements and limitations in the current legal
regulations, the author proposes some recommendations to improve the law on
protecting the rights of pregnant female employees and improve the practical
effectiveness in practice.
