The influence of brand trust and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty

Abstract
This study aims to
determine and explain the effect of brand trust and customer satisfaction on
customer loyalty among Indosat users in Jombang. This research uses explanatory
research using quantitative methods. The population in this study are Indosat users
in Jombang, while the sample used is 100 people. Data collection methods used
are interviews, questionnaires, and observations. The sampling technique in
this study used a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple
linear regression, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing and the
coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS. Based on the results of
this study indicate that brand trust and customer satisfaction have a positive
and significant relationship to customer loyalty of Indosat users in Jombang.
