Abstract
The quest for sustainable development has become a paramount worldwide issue in the twenty-first century. In 2015, the United Nations launched the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, including seventeen Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) designed to tackle significant economic, social, and environmental concerns confronting the globe today. Emerging economies are important in attaining these objectives due to their substantial contribution to the global population and economic activity. These economies often have the intricate task of reconciling rapid economic expansion with social equality and environmental sustainability.
This research study examines the correlation between economic development and social fairness within the framework of Sustainable Development Goal implementation in developing economies. The report analyzes significant structural obstacles, including inequality, financial constraints, governance concerns, and environmental pressures, that impede advancement toward sustainable development. The report concurrently emphasizes significant potential such as digital transformation, green economic transformations, and global collaboration that may expedite advancements toward the attainment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The research examines developing development trends in India by using secondary data from international development agencies and policy publications. The results indicate that cohesive policy frameworks, inclusive economic policies, sustainable investments, and robust institutional governance are crucial for reconciling growth and equality. The report asserts that developing economies must use creative and collaborative strategies to attain sustainable and equitable growth by 2030.
